According to Along (the Pub captain), this year's Halloween Night Party is the FIRST to be held at the pub since the Kelab opened.
A few weeks before Halloween, we sat down with Along discussing about the party. We came out with some ideas (games, mini shows) but Along told me they don't have the budget to decorate the pub. All they did was making it dark (no lights on!), and they bought small pumpkins, and the chef carved them and they put candles in the pumpkin and display them on the tables. The staffs wore mask and costumes (white sheet covered with red stains).
Along was quite nervous to find out the reaction of the guests (especially the regular customers).
BUT, turns out that.....
we had great fun and the best crowd on Halloween Night Party at Golden Gate Pub, Kelab Puchong United, 31st October 2008 (Friday).

When we finished our 1st set at 9:45pm, more people started to come. It was already crowded and hot in the pub.
By the time we started again our 2nd set at 10:10pm, after a couple of songs, we did some games. The prize - discount vouchers.

After spelling game, May came out with another

Although most of them came in their office attire (as usual), but some who wants to be in the spirit of Halloween Party came in their costume.
And i find that Evelyn & Zack wore the best costume....

After announcing the winner for best in costumes, although the kid won, the rest of the adults get a souvenir from the Kelab (an umbrella).
Then came the beer drinking contest....

the men were fast to go on stage,
of course, who doesn't want free beer?

Female Category....the ladies were shy to go on stage....
but Mimi, the lady in orange
finished the beer in just 2 GULPS!

We finished our work at 12:15am. The crowd were still drinking and dancing and partying.
We were so so so tired.
Next party - CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR'S EVE!
